The Highs & Lows Choir is made up of people with mental health concerns who enjoy singing in a relaxed atmosphere where they are offered an opportunity to build confidence, share and develop commitment, and to perform in public. Founded by former mental health administrator, Helga Hicks, in 1993, the choir has over 100 accumulated members on its list, from all over greater Vancouver, and have performed more than 40 times under the direction of Earle Peach.
