Pauline Rankin
Pauline Rankin has been an active proponent of the disability movement for over twenty years. She has worked and advocated in the area of mental health, the cross-disability movement, and DAWN Canada. She now works as a fundraiser for COPE, and another agency that specializes in fundraising for non-profit and progressive political groups. Pauline is also a published poet who has been featured in several anthologies, including Disabled Dykes Explore Culture, from the Women's Press and Canadian Women's Studies. She is known for poetry that evokes emotion and thought, and that makes use of a generous amount of humour.
