First I must say that I find myself very fortunate to participate in kickstART!’s first annual Arts Fest…I always saw myself as an artist and never thought of myself as an artist with a disability and that’s what an organization like this in a way promotes in my opinion anyways…and it's another small step to show that people with disabilities are functioning members of our society in all aspects.

This piece that I submitted reflects a bit in what so far I try to propagate in most of my work, I could describe it as simple, naïve and with a positive message…as opposed to all the negative messages that we get from all the different media….
