Thank you for bringing these artists together! It’s been eye-opening.
Wow. An amazing and eye-opening show. Great exhibits all, but my favorite by far was “Gender Stupid.” The idea of “passing” for normal, while never feeling to fit in is perhaps universally felt (while not by all) and transcends even the theme of disability.
Thanks for this wonderful Cyborg exhibit! Awareness, guilt, pain, enlightenment,...
Shaira’s “Gender Stupid” is fabulous, an incredible and necessary statement.
Eye-opening, touches the heart. And educational even. Thank you artists!
The human spirit is amazing!! Lovely work and as above, eye-opening.
Very interesting and touching. I hope to see more! Good luck with future shows.
“ Backless Dress” and Cleo’s other works are fabulous. I am sorry for your pain. I am glad you are an artist.
I find the collected work here very emotionally/psychologically moving. I overlook the impact of the machine(s) in my life. Thanks for the stimulation and for your courage, artists. SD Holman’s photographs and ideas continue to shake up my thinking.
There has to be a better way of drawing these issues to people’s attention. Please remove it from the building!
What an exciting, interesting and illuminating gathering of artwork. Thanks so much each and everyone. I feel included and I’m not even an artist!
Buz’s piece – thank you thank you – it’s so awesome. Every component and the combination of “the video” “the bitch” “the reaching arm” the whole is so interactive and communicative. My kind of ART. The entire exhibit is very thought-provoking. Muchos Gracias to the artists and curators.
Persimmon ... you push my mind to great things as I think you push other minds to great thinking and expansion. Also I think the whole show works so well together. Mazltov to you and to all, I was especially moved and delighted by Buz’s “Bitch” piece and Emma’s extraordinary cyborgs. Mazltov to Elizabeth, thanks. Love Marilyn’s interactive piece too!
Wow! what’s a mom to think! Just when you think you know the rules get changed. Very powerful show. Very powerful images even when I don’t catch all the metaphors. Hard to pick a favorite, except my own daughter’s – thought provoking! More like this.
I think it was really COOL!
Cleo’s work is touching and beautiful. Many thanks to the artist.
Hey great exhibit.
Proactive and touching, but not great art.
Cleo, thank you for your Art and the beauty that is you!
Thanks for everything!!!
Thank you for opening your lives to those of us who appreciate what you go through every day.
Thanks to everyone for putting this together
An incredible exhibit – thank you to artists and organizers.
What a buzz! Glad I could be a witness!
The urinal is plain plagiarism and shows a great lack of creativity.
A joy to behold!
I don’t understand it at all.
Cleo, your button blanket is simply beautiful – just as you so obviously are. Good luck with future art projects.
This show is amazing...wonderful...deep thanks.
I enjoyed this exhibit. Thanks!
I did my thesis on feminist cyborg theory back in the mid-1990’s. Donna Haraway inspired me. I enjoyed this exhibit – the topic still piques my interest.
Your “Backless Dress” speaks eloquently for many of us with “hidden” disabilities. Thank you! The button blanket is truly lovely.
The pieces I saw just cracked me up (laughing). Emma K, Buz Onezed, S.D Holman. Very well done, and I empathize as best I can. Let’s see more of your works.
Beautiful and powerful works! Thanks for sharing yourselves so honestly!
Very nice display of art. Creative and imaginative. Thank you.
Excellent Work!
A thought-provoking, inspiring, moving beautiful show. A big thank you to all who worked on it.
Interesting, insightful, thank you!!
Thank you all. I feel humbled and awed. The truth, the talent, the bravery here are affecting me immensely. Cleo Pawson is a major talent.
So glad to see this. Congrats to everyone and thanks to sponsors who put it on.
